About the program
BECOME UNION
Energy Softball MWS continues the MWS Devils Fastpitch program at the Metrowest Sportscenter in Ashland. The program is dedicated to providing a challenging and rewarding environment for success — measured not only in results on the field, but in the growth and development of every player. Teams for 10U, 12U, 14U and 18U train indoors through the winter with dedicated coaching staff, and all skill levels are welcome.
Building softball teams that compete at the highest level demands respect for the game and its participants; it requires dedication and service to each other. Every player is expected to be fully engaged mentally, emotionally and physically. Our coaches provide the tools and training to develop outstanding softball skills and an appreciation of sportsmanship — win or lose — and instill pride in performance through constructive correction that leads to the most important factor in competitive softball: EFFORT.
