Energy Baseball

7/8/9U – 18U

A PROGRAM, NOT JUST A TEAM

Massachusetts' 3rd largest travel baseball program — 10 years in Worcester, 4 in Wrentham, and now Metrowest (MWS) in Ashland. Elite, Major, AAA and AA teams from 7/8/9U through 18U with 700+ players, vetted coaches and access to three elite facilities.

Pick your location

ONE PROGRAM. THREE LOCATIONS.

Every location runs the same Energy standard — same coaching bar, same development model. Pick the facility closest to you; you'll still have access to all three.

ENERGY BASEBALL WORCESTER

Energy Baseball Worcester is where it all started in 2017. Teams from 7/8/9U Development through 18U Showcase train inside the 15,000 sq ft flagship facility with 40-foot ceilings, two turf fields and four hitting/pitching tunnels — and compete in Elite, Major, AAA and AA against real programs.

Yearly timeline

WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY

We believe in family time, a social life, playing multiple sports — all while keeping a consistent balance that maximizes our players' well-being and baseball life. This is how we do it.

June – July

Tryouts & deposits

Tryouts for the following spring/summer season run June through July so rosters are picked and deposits are in by August 1st. Monthly payment plans start September 15th, with the final payment due May 15th.

Oct

Fall programming, lessons & team lifts

Fall programming begins in October and is included in tuition; fall leagues are additional. 8-week fall teams (12–20 games + 10 practices) or 2x/week developmental clinics when an age group is short. Private lessons and group clinics begin, and weekly group strength classes (team lifts) start in October.

Fall

Community service

Energy is about more than baseball. Every team takes part in community involvement and service opportunities each season, alongside team-building events that bring players, coaches and families together off the field.

Nov – Mar

Indoor practices

Team practices begin in mid-November and run indoors until we can get outside — normally early April. Group lessons continue January through March.

Apr – May

League play begins

9U–14U Perfect Game League teams begin tournament games in early April. Spring apparel order opens in early April.

May – July

High school season, showcases & banquet

15U/16U Perfect Game teams begin in June; College Showcase begins mid-June; tournaments and playoffs run into early July with one outdoor practice per week. The annual Awards Banquet is held the week before next year's tryouts.
