Our story
YEAR 10. BUILT DIFFERENT.
EXPANDING AGAIN.
Anyone can start a program. Very few can build one that lasts — and dominates — for a decade. We're 10 years in. And we're just getting started.
DEVELOPING BETTER ATHLETES
Our mission is to develop young ball players into passionate, hard-working, and accountable student-athletes. Our goal is to prepare our players for high school baseball, college baseball opportunities, and beyond.
Travel baseball has become expensive — and often doesn't deliver. Energy is different. We provide more training, more access, more coaching, and better facilities than other programs, while remaining more affordable for the value you receive. When you compare what you get — the difference isn't close.
For Players
Train more. Compete more. Develop faster.
For Families
Real structure. Real coaching. Real results — and more affordable for the value you receive.
For Coaches
Better pay than anywhere around, paid for everything, private fields with no double-booking, and a culture that's unmatched.

2026
Easton. Year 10. Built different.
Massachusetts' 3rd largest program expands into South Easton for its inaugural season — 10 years in, and just getting started.
Our vision
5 FACILITIES. 1 HOUR. 1 FLAGSHIP.
Over the next 5 years, our goal is to develop 5 Energy facilities within one hour of each other. Four locations will operate as high-level development hubs, and one central flagship will serve as the destination — housing one national team at each age level, fed by players from all Energy locations.
Our system creates clear opportunity and progression — something most programs can't offer. Each location remains strong and competitive, fielding teams at Perfect Game Major, AAA and AA, with every player placed in the right environment for their development.
