WHY COACH AT ENERGY
Real development for coaches
Work alongside former college and pro players, get mentored by our directors, and grow into head coach, instructor and GM roles as the program expands.
More work than anywhere around
Teams, lessons, clinics, camps and tryouts across three facilities — coaches are compensated for everything they take on, so there is always more opportunity available.
Private fields, no double-booking
Three dedicated indoor facilities with turf and cages. No headaches, no scrambling for space.
A culture that's unmatched
Vetted staff of former and current college players and coaches — real experience in every dugout.
Room to grow
Massachusetts' 3rd largest program with a 5-facility vision — new head coach and GM roles open as we expand.
